PingWin service (pingwin.pro)
This policy describes how we collect, use and store information when using the PingWin service (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
1. What data do we process?
When registering and using the Service, we may process: email address, password hash, Telegram account data (identifier, name, username when logging in via Telegram), notification settings and preferences, technical access data (IP, device type) to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service and security.
2. Purposes of processing
The data is used to provide access to analytics, send notifications (Telegram, email), communicate with the user, improve the operation of the Service and comply with legal requirements.
3. Transfer of data to third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Transfer is possible to service providers (hosting, mail, instant messengers) to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service, as well as as required by law.
4. Storage and safety
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data. Passwords are stored in encrypted form. The user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of credentials.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by contacting info@pingwin.pro or via the @PingwinBets channel.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this policy. We have the right to update it; the current version is published on this page.
