PingWin service (pingwin.pro)
By using the PingWin service (pingwin.pro), you agree to the rules below.
1. Nature of the service
PingWin provides exclusively analytical information on sporting events: statistics, data on live and line matches, probability estimates based on available data. The service is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets and does not provide recommendations or calls for betting.
2. Risks and liability
Any bets are at your own risk. Using the information from the Service, you make all decisions independently. The PingWin administration is not responsible for losses, lost profits or other consequences of decisions made by the user based on or taking into account the data from the Service. All responsibility for such decisions lies with the user.
3. Data relevance and delays
There may be a delay in updating data. We do not guarantee absolute synchronicity with the sources and are not responsible for the consequences of possible delays or inaccuracies in the information displayed.
4. Third party services and sources
The service may use data and integrations with third party providers. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, accuracy and timeliness of these third-party services, as well as for losses arising in connection with their use.
5. Maintenance
Service may be suspended for maintenance. The total duration of such breaks does not exceed 5 (five) days within one calendar month. If possible, upcoming work will be announced in advance. No liability is accepted for interruptions within the specified limits.
6. Use of the resource
By using the Service, you confirm that you make all decisions, including those related to risks and possible losses, on your own conscience and under your own responsibility. The PingWin administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses of users.
7. Rule changes
We have the right to change the terms of use. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes is considered acceptance of the new rules.
